NytroFlon è un particolare compound lubrificante progettato nel 2020 per la lubrificazione specifica di diversi componenti meccanici estremamente sollecitati ed è il risultato di un processo produttivo composto da molteplici lavorazioni articolate ed estremamente lunghe, per ottenere una modifica strutturale del politetrafluoroetilene; appunto NytroFlon.
Nei fatti NytroFlon è un trattamento lubrificante il cui comportamento non è assimilabile ai classici oli lubrificanti siano essi additivati o meno, così come è totalmente diverso dai lubrificanti a base PTFE o Ceramica o Teflon-Ceramici, ed ancor meno paragonabile ai grassi di qualsiasi natura e composizione, ed è strutturato a partire dalla sua sintesi per lubrificare i componenti adeguando se stesso rispetto i diversi stress meccanici interlacciati tra loro ed alle variabili di cui ognuna di queste forze è capace ed ovvero:
attriti variabili – pressioni variabili – vibrazioni variabili – temperature di esercizio variabili
ed appunto al variare di queste forze, o solo di una parte di esse, cambia di conseguenza il comportamento di NytroFlon nell’opporsi ad esse.
Così come XCU-R Ceraflon-Duratorque anche NytroFlon è capace di poter venire a diretto contatto con acqua, acqua marina, sabbia marina, sabbia desertica, fango, e neve, continuando immutabilmente la sua azione lubrificante!
Questo perché il compound riesce a rendere lubrificate materie che per loro natura invece generano disturbo meccanico.
Altresì NytroFlon lubrifica agevolmente anche in presenza di tempertature gelide!
La variante NYTROFLON con denominazione commerciale XCU-R (formula NF109R) è stata additivata e modificata per assolvere al meglio alla lubrificazione dei cinematismi presenti sugli armamenti.

In fact NytroFlon is a lubricating treatment whose behavior is not comparable to classic lubricating oils whether they are additives or not, just as it is totally different from PTFE or Ceramic or Teflon-Ceramic based lubricants, and even less comparable to greases of any nature and composition, and it is structured starting from its synthesis to lubricate the components by adapting to the various mechanical stresses intertwined with each other and with the variables of which each of these forces is to be able and this is:
variable friction – variable pressures – variable vibrations – variable operating temperatures
and just when these forces change, or only a part of them, NytroFlon's reaction and behavior in countering them changes accordingly.
Just like XCU-R Ceraflon-Duratorque, NytroFlon is also able to come into direct contact with water, sea water, marine sand, desert sand, mud and snow, continuing its lubricating action unalterably!
This is because the compound is able to make materials lubricated which by their nature generate mechanical disturbances.
Furthermore NytroFlon lubricates easily even in freezing temperatures!
